A little labor day exercise fun with the whole crew.... I told the girls they had to be my trainers after the baby was born but I didn't expect my 6 year old to be biking just ahead of me going 'come on mama you can do it -reach my tire reach my tire...'
Found out today that Emelia believes when I go to work to help other mamas and their babies with breastfeeding that I actually show the mamas how to nurse their babies by demonstrating on myself..'just like you nurse Livie' she says :) Glad to see she thinks that the world we live in is that friendly!
My dear seven year old also observed today that I have been wearing yoga pants - and no other type- for three months now. My nonchalant reply was 'huh- have I really?!' Knowing full well I intentionally decided that since this was my fifth there was NO way I was going subject myself to those awful maternity jeans with all the bending I need to do on a daily basis around here. And come ON, they are high-end yoga pants...;) Oh and I also pulled my shirt up, stuck my belly out even more and gave it a good rub saying 'its not like anything else fits THIS, Baby!' She did crack a smike at that. Even if my yoga pants embarrass her, at least I can still make her giggle :P
So I turn around from the stove and see silverware (?), a diaper and pants - but no Olivia? This could be problematic...maybe I should hunt the little streaker down before damage is done :)
